Challenge
Numerous spreadsheets were being used to manage product and location master data, creating data-integrity risk and making it difficult to maintain the control expected in a GxP environment.
Approach
After a multi-vendor evaluation, doss selected Quickbase and developed a centralized master-data application. The delivery included quality documentation and validation protocols.
Result
The process moved into a centralized application used by multiple functional teams around the globe, replacing a fragmented spreadsheet-based approach with a controlled shared solution.

doss developed an EU FMD Alert Manager on Quickbase to centralize issue management, automate workflow to resolution and support reporting to European market authorities.

The application brought alert handling into a single managed workflow and reduced reliance on disconnected manual coordination for the process.
